This is a quality, food-led role within an in-house catering operation, ideal for a chef who takes pride in fresh cooking, high standards, and delivering well-executed meals in a calm, structured environment.The Role This position sits within the school's internal catering team (not contract catering) and offers genuine autonomy over food quality and execution. You will support the lunch service at the start of your shift before leading the preparation and service of evening meals for the boarding students.Evening numbers are deliberately small (approximately 14 boarders), allowing you to focus on fresh preparation, proper cooking, and consistency rather than volume.
