Are you looking for reliable agency catering work? We are looking for an experienced Chef in Southport, Formby and Ormskirk.Your Responsibilities:Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to set menus and recipes.Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Working as a solo chef or as part of a team- completing relevant paperwork, temperature checks, stock control and ordering if requiredAdhering to dietary requirements and special requests from customers.Demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety protocols.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Chef, ideally within the school or care sector.DBS Certificate: Our clients in the Southport, Formby and Ormskirk areas require you to have an enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check.
